Is my suspension notice data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored in an EU-based database (Ireland) and never shared with third parties except Anthropic's API for POA generation. Anthropic does not retain your data per their API terms. All connections are encrypted. We use Google OAuth — we never store your password.

What Amazon marketplaces do you support?

UK, US, DE, FR, IT, and ES marketplaces.

What violation types do you cover?

Eight violation types: inauthentic / counterfeit items, condition complaints (used sold as new), intellectual property complaints, review manipulation / solicitation, multiple accounts, order defect rate, listing policy violations, and late shipment / fulfilment failures.

How do I submit my Plan of Action to Amazon?

Click "Copy to clipboard" on the POA output screen. Open Amazon Seller Central → Performance Notifications → find your suspension notice → click Appeal → paste the plain text into the text area. Do not add any formatting — Amazon's system accepts plain text only.

What if Amazon rejects my appeal?

Open your case from the dashboard. In the Marketplace Feedback section, paste Amazon's rejection response and click "Analyse rejection". PlatformAppeal identifies what Amazon found insufficient and generates a revised POA addressing those specific gaps. You can repeat this process for every rejection — unlimited rounds are included with Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@platformappeal.com and we will cancel within 24 hours. No questions asked. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
