What data we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — provided via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Suspension notice text — the text you paste into the classifier.
• Generated Plans of Action — drafts generated by the AI on your behalf.
• Case history — your classification results, form inputs, and all draft revisions.
• Usage data — feature usage and subscription status.

How we use your data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To classify your suspension notice and generate your Plan of Action.
• To store your case history so you can access previous appeals.
• To manage your subscription and process payments.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). All data remains within the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, all your data will be deleted within 30 days. To request deletion, email support@platformappeal.com.

Third-party services

• Anthropic — your suspension notice text is sent to Anthropic's API for classification and POA generation. Anthropic does not store this text per their API terms of service.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (EU-hosted).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing. We do not store card details; Stripe handles all payment data.

Your rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
