What PlatformAppeal is

PlatformAppeal is an AI-assisted drafting tool that helps Amazon sellers write Plans of Action (POAs) for suspension appeals. We use artificial intelligence to classify suspension notices, generate draft POA documents, and help revise drafts following Amazon rejection responses.

What PlatformAppeal is not

PlatformAppeal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representatives of Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. We are not immigration advisors. Nothing in our service constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.

No guarantee of reinstatement

PlatformAppeal does not guarantee that submitting a generated Plan of Action will result in account reinstatement. Amazon's reinstatement decisions are made solely by Amazon and are outside our control. We help you submit the strongest possible appeal — the outcome is always Amazon's decision.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit when using PlatformAppeal. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content carefully before submitting it to Amazon. Submitting false or misleading information to Amazon is a violation of Amazon's policies and potentially applicable law. PlatformAppeal bears no liability for the content you choose to submit.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the free classifier to abuse or circumvent the service.
• You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or access the service.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass subscription limits is prohibited.
• You may not use PlatformAppeal for any unlawful purpose.

Payment terms

The Pro plan is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@platformappeal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

The Plan of Action drafts generated by PlatformAppeal on your behalf belong to you. PlatformAppeal retains no rights to your generated content. PlatformAppeal's software, prompts, and underlying systems remain the intellectual property of PlatformAppeal.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PlatformAppeal's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. PlatformAppeal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
